Stimulates the circulation – firming and strengthening the basal areas underneath breast. Keeps the texture of the skin looking young and vibrant. Helps prevent any suggestion of aging or stretch marks.
DIRECTION:
With your right hand gently massage across from the center of the ribcage up and around the outer curve of the left breast – up across the décolleté area. Do the same for the right breast with the left hand. Then place additional Creme into each hand and with firmer strokes, again alternating hands, massage across chest upward to the shoulder in a diagonal ‘V’ pattern.
You should continue this massage – without pausing – for about five minutes each time you perform the ritual. The hands should not stop, but move continuously. Massage firmly, applying comfortable pressure with each hand to stimulate circulation.
As soon as you have completed the Creme massage, stand erect…posture proud…‘tall’ and lift your bosom high. Measure your bust again and compare the figure with the earlier one. You should happily note at once a one‑eighth‑inch increase in size, and many women discover an even greater increase! It is important that you ‘think’ tall and ‘feel’ tall! So pull your waist in, head up and forward, shoulders back, your back straight, stomach flat…your bosom high…then measure. Don’t be discouraged if you do not show much of a gain. Arm Circling
Stand ‘tall’ and ‘posture proud,’ and with your arms pulled back as far as possible, begin to describe enormous circles…from very far back, to very sideward, to well in front of the body. Stretch and breathe deeply when performing this movement. It also has the virtue of producing good posture (which will increase your bust measurement) by counteracting any tendency toward slouching, slumping or hunching your shoulders. It will help keep your bosom beautifully erect and contoured all your life. Try for 25 wide circles.
An ‘Anytime’ Bosom Strengthener
This exercise is not only for helping contour the bosom of unmarried women, but is wonderful for married women as well, particularly after pregnancy.
Pretend that you are trying to crush a nut between your hands. Force real tension into the movement. Crush…relax…crush…relax…holding each ‘crush’ from 3 to 6 seconds before relaxing. The trick is to change the position of your hands frequently…one up, one down…move the arms from waist‑height to shoulder‑height, and then back down. Try to devise different things to ‘crush’ and new angles from which your works hands and arms. Later you may try to ‘crush’ a rubber ball. Do this for three minutes, and if you will do it before a mirror you’ll see amazing things happening to your breasts!
